Cancellation Policy
All bookings are not considered final until I have accepted and confirmed them. A deposit of 50% of the total pet sitting fee is requested to hold your reservation and full payment is expected within 24 hours of the conclusion of services. All cancellations must be made no later than 24 hours prior to service to receive full refund or be subject to the 20% cancellation fee.
